Gavin Johnstone-Butcher

Gail Ramsay is the Head Coach of the Princeton Women’s Squash program, where she has lead the Lady Tigers to 5 national championships since she took the lead in 1994-95 season. In 2007, 2008 and 2009 she guided the Tigers to 3 national titles and 2 undefeated team and 2 Ivy titles.  She has been working with the Princeton Junior Squash program since 2006 as co-director. A graduate of Penn State, and a four-time winner of the intercollegiate individual squash championship. She was a top-ranked squash player, ranking as high as No.2 nationally, and represented the US at two world championship team events. She is an experienced doubles player winning a total of 9 national championships in both women and mixed doubles. She is also co-director of the Princeton Squash Training Center which runs summer squash camps at Princeton.  Gail is currently the President of the College Squash Association for the 4th term during her 22 years of college coaching.  Prior to Princeton Gail was the head Coach of the women’s Squash and Tennis teams at Williams College.


Richard Hankinson, a 1962 graduate of Cambridge, has been playing squash for more than 50 years.  He is the co-director of the Princeton Junior Squash Program, which he has helped to run for the past 15 years. He is also Assistant Coach of the Princeton University Women’s Squash team. He learnt his coaching skills in England and is a certified level III squash coach.

Dede Webster was a co-founder of the Princeton Junior Squash program, and is currently Head Coach of the Princeton Day School’s squash program. During her playing career she was ranked as high as No.4 in the country. Carly Grabowski, a graduate of PJS was co-captain of the Princeton University Womens' Team.

Peter Hart was head coach 
at Stuart Country Day 
School for two years and for an additional two as Boys' 
and then Girls' JV coach at 
the Lawrenceville School.  Now focusing on developing his coaching skills, Pete is pursuing formal Level 1 coaching through US Squash.  He has also joined the Positive Coaching Alliance 
and is working on 
certification as a 
'Double-Goal Coach' in order to learn how to instill good values and a sense of self-leadership for younger players.
